Initial Treatment
In the first appointment we will review your intake form and health history to get an understanding of what kind of treatment you will need and your goals.
Osteopathy is a holistic therapy, so regardless of where your pain or problem is, the whole body will be assessed for motion restrictions, asymmetry, and tissue tension. Gentle, hand-on treatment will then be applied based on the assessment findings. The appointment will take approximately 40-50 minutes.
Follow-Up Treatment
Follow-up treatments will begin with a brief discussion of any changes since your previous appointment. A brief re-assessment will be done and then continuation of treatment addressing your primary concerns and to improve overall health and wellbeing. Follow-up treatments will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
